We have a windows 2008 R2 server that connects to many iSCSI volumes on our EQL group. Soon we will be transitioning to a new 2012 server which will connect to and access the same volumes. The current Windows 2008R2 box that they are accessed through has the windows HIT kit installed, and we routinely create snapshots and replicas (smart copies) of them via ASM on the host. We have the HIT/ASM installed on the new 2012 server, but I would like to have this new server see the snapshots, replicas, and schedules in ASM that we have created on the old server, without having to manually recreate all the schedules. We also would like it to be aware of all the smart copies we have created and have it sort of pick up where we left off. Does this sound possible? Thanks.
