SupportAssist not working in SANHQ

I've setup a new SANHQ 3.1 instance and also added a new Group to it that's just been created. 

2 PS6110 members, FW 7.1.9 .

Everything seems fine, I can monitor normally by SNMP but when I try and setup SupportAssist I get a login failure, bad credentials.

 

The new SAN HQ is on a Server 2012R2 VM, and I had to open the exe and extract the installation files because of the .net 4.5 bug, I'm wondering if that's the reason why I cant add it.
